I have no idea what's going on. What is the best way to get info?

- Follow us on your locations Facebook page. Search "Be Elite (Market Name)". [Ex: Be Elite Paragould]. Scroll through your locations Facebook page for all updates for your area.

- Sign up for text alerts and check your email regularly. The emails can sometimes go to the spam folder. You can sign up for text alerts on the main page of our website. This will send you a text when an email is sent out.

- Read this entire F.A.Q.!

What team is my player on?

Team placement does not occur until after registration ends and can sometimes be as late as the week of the first games. After registering your player, follow us on your locations Facebook page and regularly check your email inbox and spam inbox for updated. You will receive a team placement email (likely the week of the first games) that will say "This is a (Team Name) Communication". Your next step will be finding your game times on the Schedules/Scores tab.

When is the first game and how do I find the schedule?

The first game day (Jump Start Day) will always be listed on social media (Facebook), our website, and in emails we send. Once you receive your team placement email, the only thing you have to worry about is clicking on the Schedules/Scores tab of our website, finding the correct league and division, and finding your teams two game slots for the week. Be sure to check the schedule the day before games every week in case of changes. The date and location will be listed on the schedule with your two games each week. There will be 6 total weeks with 12 games (including Jump Start Day).

What is Jump Start Day?

Jump Start Day is our introductory scrimmage/practice day. This day will feature two sessions (2 different game times) of a short practice led by our Jump Start Staff and a scrimmage game officiated and coached by our staff. This allows players to get an introduction into fundamentals and our league rules. We also have Jump Start Day to provide a low pressure environment where players can meet their team and ease into the experience. Check the schedule for your team's 2 game slots.

Who is my coach?

We do not have traditional coaches in Jump Start. We provide in game teaching and 12 games throughout our league and believe that learning through playing provides all players ample opportunity to improve. On Jump Start Day, our staff will request that each team selects a parent volunteer to sit on the bench, providing supervision and encouragement without coaching responsibilities—our on-court staff will handle all coaching duties. However, parents who wish to take on coaching roles in games and host practices are more than welcome to do so. Additionally, we provide grade-specific practice plans to support any coach interested in hosting practices.

When are practices?

- Finding volunteer coaches can be tough. To ensure that every player has the foundational skills they need to succeed, we provide hands on instruction during games in place of weekly practices. For parent volunteers that wish to coach and practice their group, we greatly appreciate and encourage them to do so. Additionally, we provide grade specific practice plans to any coach wishing to host practices.
